My father was only at Pacific Gardens for a short time before he passed, but I'm very impressed what what I saw in the time he was there. The caretakers were conscientious and caring, the food was much better than his prior facility, his room was light, airy, and clean, and the MedTechs were really on top of things. The variety of activities each day was very impressive. I wish we'd found PG sooner so he could have enjoyed more time there, but I'm grateful for what he had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Gardens to anyone looking for the next step for a friend or family member.
Read on Google →Because she needed 24 hour supervision, my lovely 98 year old Mother with a sweet form of dementia found a home and friends at Pacific Gardens. She is thriving there! The staff is wonderful, the accommodations are lovely and homey, and I very much appreciate the way the staff cares for both the physical needs and also the dignity of the people in their care. In addition, they set up the activity room so the family could gather and celebrate my Mom's birthday privately ... and they decorated the room so festively, which was a very nice surprise. Then yesterday for Thanksgiving, Pacific Gardens put on a feast for families that rivaled the quality at any restaurant, six of us gathered at a sunny table together and had a wonderful time. The layout for Memory Care is wonderful with private bedrooms and freedom within the Memory Care section, with hourly checks. We are so very glad that we found Pacific Gardens. It has been a huge relief to us to find a place my Mom feels at home and valued. Special thanks to Mary Jane, my Mom's companion. My Mom loves her and so do we.
