I found HW from a friend who suggested I look into this assisted living facility. The process is detailed and rigorous. But I have to say, when running an assisted living, it is a must. From the first day, I took my mom to visit, I was impressed by the friendly residents themselves to the front desk staff. Not to mention the facility is very welcoming and clean and smells very nice. My mom moved in a couple of days ago, and I know this is the honeymoon stage. But it's been great. I have asked different staff questions and loved the response and respect for myself and my mom. Special thanks to Lori and Dot and all the nurses, CNAs, dining room workers, and cleaning people. For all the hard work, Thank you! So far, my mom loves the food, and her room is lovely. The night staff is genuinely very friendly and funny. As I have left late a few times, I have interacted with a few, and they were always so pleasant. The comfort level brings family and friends to want to visit verse being pessimistic about coming to a bad place. The comfort I feel knowing my mom is happy and eating and doing her things is so great.

The nursing team at the facility is one of the most efficient ones I’ve seen. Charlotte and Zukhi are very professional and passionate about their job. They truly care about their residents and their needs. Sofi from front desk always provides a friendly welcome and a smile as you come in. They are amazing team members. Joselyn is a great addition to the wellness team. She always puts the residents’ needs first and looks at every way possible to assist them.

This business is not registered with BBB. My mother is living in this place right now. I have given them the benefit of thought so many times in the past from the staff stealing from her to telling her there isn’t any food left for her to eat dinner and now this she had lunch today a Rueben Sandwhich and could’ve choked and died off a stick that’s clearly bigger than a toothpick. She spoke with management per usual but they never do anything cause they have to stay on budget and the staff they hire are cheap and all related to each other . I went to report this to BBB but they aren’t listed like the other senior living facilities. This is a warning to please be aware and alert of the staff! Yes i am getting her out of there as i type this message!
