Beautiful facility with climate control hallways for year round comfort when entering and exiting your apartment. Beautiful courtyard area with pickleball court, pool and picnic area for cooking on the grill. The local management is wonderful and addresses concerns in support of the residents.

Loveee love love the new staff, Macys great lol. Love that we’re now open 24 hours a day to the community and our community being as open with full arms as they are! I absolutely adore everyone!

I live at this location, it should get a rating of 2, at best. Renter Beware. The rent is extremely high, the owners continue to cut services. Resident turn-over is at least 40%. New residents get much cheaper rent than existing residents. A few of the Issues: 1. Air conditioning. Since day 1 the Master bedroom is 7° hotter than the rest of the unit and everything is damp. 2. No water pressure, cannot use dishwasher and have to pay to get my hair washed. 3. Forced to use Fordham's internet at $50 per month. I cannot use my wireless printer or watch a complete movie without losing internet services. 4. Except for Lux, management has not followed through on promises. A. Clubhouse is closed on many weekends. B. Only restroom is locked at 5:30 PM. Which means no access from the pool or game room. You have to return to your apartment to use facilities. Rules out Movie night. C. Bottled water, coffee with cream are no longer available. D. No bench outside office for residents to sit on while waiting for rides. Office is only open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a 55+ Apartment unit. E. No after hours number available for major facility issues. A maintenance number is available, a recording occurs, but no response for assistance. 5. Mostly activities for residents have been cut by 50%. Fordham use to provid meat for meals for resident events, not. This facility has only been open for 3 years. Don't buy into post before that and your realtor is only providing information on the amenities they cannot physically see or only know what management has told them.

February 2025 this was was of my favorite places I have lived, I made a lot of friends and loved my neighbors. The manager at the time was Kristen she was very nice.. Since then new manager.. October 2025 received a notice of $800 rent increase for my renewal which in turn made me and others move out. I also had an illegal tow of my new Mercedes SUV cost me $335.00 my car was parked in the handicapped parking space and I have a placard. That tow company address is a trailer park they r not registered with the better business bureau. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. The manager Taylor stated she fired the tow company after my tow, however I was NOT credited my $335. Back.
