What Families Love

Bob Ferla

I just wanted to share my experience with Brightview Wayne. My mom has been a resident of the community for many years, the team has always been transparent and supportive of our family goals. I saw a review speaking to the Medicaid process, our experience couldn't be further from that. Their team has always been direct about the process and how it works... checking in and giving us the resources needed to make it a smooth. It is a wonderful community!

Brightview Wayne is a wonderful community with a team that truly cares about residents and makes them feel at home. Executive Director Emily provides strong leadership and is incredibly approachable, the clinical team delivers excellent care, and Mary and Lindsay are always so helpful, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Our patients and their families often mention how much they enjoy the community and the support they receive, and we are grateful for the strong partnership we have with Brightview. Thank you for all you do, team Brightview Wayne!! -Alyssa Chervinsky

Worth Knowing

We excitedly moved my father into Brightview Wayne in 2024. They told us that he would be able to move in and spend down to medicaid and end up in a medicaid room in their facility. When he was at the point where we needed to start looking into medicaid, they told us that actually they wouldn't have a room. They charged us around $14,000 a month to care for my father and they went back on their word. We had to scramble to find him a place to live. They also set us up with social workers who charged us another $1500 a month for their services. Elder care is expensive and challenging for the adult children involved. Being a grifter and taking money from vulnerable people is dishonest and a terrible racket. Do not trust them unless you are extremely wealthy. Also the residents are cliquey.
