I recall bringing my brother Jaime Quinones to Elm York 12 years ago, his health was not great and since his admission his health was improving and i was so happy to see how well he was doing. Whenever i would come to visit my brother i would notice how well he was taken care of throughout the years. My brother would highlight how much he enjoyed the meals and the activities provided to him. Elm york provided a smoking room which was a big plus for him to have. The whole facility was kept clean each time i visited him. I am so grateful for all the staff here who had done so much for me and my brother. My brother would always say to me how happy he was at the facility where he would have friends and was treated as family there. I am so proud that he lived such an incredible life here and i cant not even express enough how thankful i am to everyone who has helped me and my brother through this journey in life before his passing.

Elm York is a wonderful place. From the moment we moved our loved one here for their care, we have been super impressed. The whole staff works tirelessly with extreme detail and care to provide the best service possible. The administrative staff - Sarah, Alla, Ash, Tanya, Angie and Z are amazing and are always super supportive in helping with all the care needs. The nursing staff and all of the aid staff treat all the residents with respect and go above and beyond in every way possible to help all the residents. The whole staff works as one cohesive team and they all have become like a second family to us!!!!! Great job to this whole team and we feel lucky to have our loved one being taken care of at Elm York!!!!!
