The Westchester Center Is now on the list of approved facilities for “24 hour seven day a week” mobile concierge notary services. Our company has visited over 100 senior and nursing care facilities in Westchester and Rockland and this facility is absolutely five star. You absolutely would not expect the “luxury hotel” feel and cleanliness before you walk through the doors. We also were able to spot a few trays of food and must say that in this department it’s another five star review.
