Excellent care and quality of life. Clean and very professional medical care including PT and OT. I never feel alone or neglected. Food is 3 to 4 star quality. Peaceful surrounding and a plethora of activities. Laundry and room cleaning, this is one of the best choices for assisted living.

I cannot say enough Great things about the Residence at Park Ridge!! The place is beautiful, the activities are wonderful and the staff is amazing. In particular, I have to give a huge thank you to the help that Lisa Nixdorf gave me with coordinating my mother's transition to the facility. Lisa is extremely kind, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive!! She is always there to help. I must also mention the executive director Debra Gagliano, who was also amazing and took so much time in helping and guiding me, with items that I needed to get solved. She was also extremely kind , caring and knowledgeable A huge five stars to everyone at the facility and the beauty of the facility Itself. Great work everyone🤩🤩🤩

My mom is in the memory care facility at Park Ridge. Tonight, I had a really bad night and I just wanted to see my mom. I have cameras in her room and she wasn't sleeping yet. I drove there and called the after hours number. There are no visitation restrictions in the handbook they give you. They wouldn't let me in to see my mom. I have limited time with her. During the time I have, I really needed to see her. They didn't care. No one opened the door and the nurse was very mean. If you're looking for a place where staff cares I highly suggest you look somewhere else.
