What Families Love

I would like to show appreciation to Ashley. She was able to answer all of my concerns and showed her passion pertaining to care that my mother would receive. She was able to make us feel comfortable and safe with our decisions and made it feel like it was a family we would be joining.

I would like to say that Violet and Jasmine was an excellent help to my dad today who is a new resident of the facility. They were very instrumental in helping me straighten out some medication confusion for my dad. It seems to me that they are a real asset to the team and excellent at problem solving expeditiously. Thank you Violet and Jasmine

Worth Knowing

I am a local floral shop owner and recently called this facility twice hoping to arrange a Mother’s Day flower donation for the residents. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was very disappointing. During my second call, the receptionist was dismissive and unwilling to even take my information to pass along to the director. I reached out simply to do something kind from the heart for the residents, so the response was disheartening. I would have expected a little more professionalism and willingness to help, especially regarding a gesture meant to bring joy to residents on Mother’s Day. Because of the interaction, I ultimately decided not to move forward.

To clarify my original review — my concern was never about whether the facility partners with other organizations or whether my business qualified to participate. My concern was solely about the customer service experience I received while attempting TWICE to arrange a simple Mother’s Day flower donation for residents. I called with genuine intentions to bring joy to the residents, yet the interaction I experienced over the phone felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and lacking compassion. So again, to clarify the issue was the lack of compassion and willingness to even take down my information to pass along. No one expects special treatment, but kindness and professionalism from a front desk representative go a long way, especially when someone is simply trying to do something thoughtful for elderly residents. At this point, I respectfully decline further contact regarding the matter. I only hope this feedback encourages more compassion toward future community members reaching out with positive intentions.
