Smooth Moves Texas recently had the opportunity to assist a resident move at Pegasus Preserve of Vintage Park, and we were genuinely impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the organization of the community. As movers, we work in many communities throughout Texas, and it's always refreshing to see a property that is so well managed and detail-oriented. We appreciate the hospitality shown to our crew and look forward to working with Pegasus Preserve again in the future.

I would give this facility ten stars if I could. My Mom has been a resident for over three years. Rena and her staff have gone above and beyond so many times to help my Mom through a variety of situations. My Mother loves it here and it has given our family such peace to know she is so well cared for at Solana Preserve. I am posting this review for the families that might be considering a move for their loved ones. This place is amazing! The staff are incredible, professional and caring!

DON’T consider this place unless money is absolutely no object. It’s very nice but they raise the rent by at least 10% every year on all residents. Once elderly people have moved, it’s very hard for them to move again. They have a captive audience who can’t easily relocate.
