When it came time for my father to move into a community, we checked out all of the places in the area. The staff at Kipling Meadows made us feel welcome the moment we walked through the Front Doors. Everything is clean, newly remodeled with fresh flowers everywhere. There was a group sing-along activity going on in the Dining Room, an exercise class led by the Arvada Fire Department crew, and a lively poker card game group upstairs. After our tour with Rylan, we stayed for dinner and the fettuccini alfredo was delicious! Highly recommend Kipling Meadows in Arvada!

Kipling Meadows is a warm and inviting community with open and lively dining and activity rooms. Rylan has a deep connection to the residents there; he refers to them as 'loved ones', which I found touching. He has an innovative approach to helping support independent seniors with care assistance when needed, and I thought that was a great way for them to age in place. When a friend of mine who lives in Arvada needs to make a move, I will be telling her about Kipling Meadows.
