I moved here in April. The best move I ever made!! Peace and quiet 24/7. Such a beautiful landscape. And the cottages are perfect. Also friendly neighbors.

I discovered Valley Village from a member at Costco in 2023 . She is now my neighbor 😃. This is the best place to retire. The retirement community is so clean, the neighbors are friendly . The staff is amazing. Someone is always available when you call for pretty much anything you need . I’m so happy to have moved here . I’m enjoying my own one bedroom cottage and feel safe every quiet night of sleep. You gotta come see for yourself to truly appreciate this awesome place to live !!

Reasonable rent for independent seniors in Santa Clara County. Dining hall serves 3 meals a day (optional for some units, required for others. Pleasant grounds. Pets allowed. Library. Some activities. Close to Valley Fair and Santana Row. Nurses on staff 24 hours a day. .
