I was so pleased with the care and support my mom recived while at Lakewood Reserve. Across the board, I found the staff to be responsive and helpful and the staff always treated my mom with both kindness and respect. A special shoutout to Juan, the driver who provided transportation services for residents, who often went above and beyond to try to help my mom get to appointments. Thank you.

We have been very satisfied with the quality of the care at Lakewood Reserve. My mother moved there several months ago and the staff has been wonderful. They are very responsive in both returning our calls and following our suggestions but also in the daily care they provide my mother. With a 5-star review, I am not saying they are perfect. I am saying they are doing as well as can be expected. This is a difficult type of business to manage. We have experience with other places and this place does a better job than all the others we know about.

The place has gone down tremendously in the past month or so. Elevators are always down, the chef is incredibly rude and the executive director lets him get away with it, constantly changing staff, first floor bathroom is always filthy, since the last activity Director left residents are left asking to fake pose for pictures to seem like they’re active, pointless things to do and they are bored, this place is just not what it used to be. Sara could care less and doesn’t help with any concerns. So many good staff that has left because of this.
