I have had a positive experience with The Landing. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and truly seem to care about the residents’ well-being. Communication with families is consistent, and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and feels welcoming. Activities are offered regularly to keep residents engaged, and there is a clear effort to maintain dignity and quality of life for everyone living there. Like any facility, there are occasional challenges, but overall the team works hard to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for. I appreciate the dedication and professionalism shown by management and staff. I would recommend this facility to others looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved one.

The Landing at Augusta Woods has been a great experience overall. The residents are active and engaged, and there’s always something going on that keeps the community lively. The staff is genuinely kind and attentive you can tell they care about the residents and take pride in what they do. The building is always clean and well kept, which makes a big difference walking in. The food is also well presented, and it’s clear there’s thought put into the overall experience for residents day to day. Brandi, the Executive Director, does a great job leading the community. There’s strong leadership in place, and it shows in how everything runs. Edward, the Activities Director, brings great energy and helps keep residents involved and connected. Overall, it’s a well-run community with a positive atmosphere and a team that truly cares.
