I can NOT say enough about Cypress Woods. The facility is one of the nicest and resident friendly that I have ever seen. The thought that was put into the layout taking the residents comfort and ease of use is second to none. The staff and their eagerness to help at every phase (move-in, residency & move out) is a breath of fresh air. I only interacted with them during the last phase and was told about the first two phases, but I was privy of seeing and hearing these phases through other residents. During the last phase, which may be the hardest, the staff was extremely compassionate. Thank you Cypress Woods for everything you did for my mother and what you represent in the retirement community.

I cannot find anything wrong with this community. The people that live here are excellent people and so are the employees and food! I have never been so welcomed anywhere as I have been here. I'm not lonely and I'm happy where I'm at!

Christine (Sales Staff) has the customer service skills of a "Sour Patch Kid". She reached out to me based on a referral. During the 1st couple of minutes of our conversation, I asked the address of the facility, and when she said "Hold on a minute, let me get it"... I JOKINGLY said "Girl, you don't know where you work?" (my jovial tone was obvious)... she was pissed and with ALL the negative attitude and energy she could muster responded with "WHY WOULD I KNOW THE ADDRESS OF THIS PLACE?!?!?"..... I immediately told her I wasn't interested in this place for my mom because if the Admin staff acts this way, I'd hate to see/experience how the hands-on staff act. NO KUDOS to you, Christine!!!!!

This is what Cypress Woods Independent Senior Living served their residents for Saturday evening dinner on 07-24-2021. I was so disappointed when my friend sent me the pic. To the staff and management: Your residents deserve better than this. Offering an option of a sandwich is one thing. Making it their meal is another matter all together. Our parents and grandparents deserve better. My friend who lives there, deserves better. Your response is just words. The first photo is from July 24th. The second is from September 4th. Your actions say something completely different. Folks, this is not the place for people who you love..... Just saying.
