I enjoyed my visit to Complete Care. The lobby felt like a spa with its soothing and comfortable decor and furniture. The thing that stood out the most was that each room had a storage compartment outside the door so anyone providing patient/resident care would have what they needed rather than having to search for it in a cart that they push around. Each person that I met was so warm. I would highly recommend anyone seeking services to schedule a tour.
Read on Google →I strongly recommend this team and this care center! Darcie in admissions is such a compassionate and attentive listener and will guide you through the process smoothly. The Rehab team has great longevity and really connect with their patients! They've renovated a lot of the building, including the therapy gym. Residents and patients all well groomed and engaged, staff all friendly and responsive. Great atmosphere!!!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. You enter and their staff is so unwilling to help you and do so begrudgingly when they do. The fact that the medical transportation had to bang on the door a few minutes while pressing the door bell should have been my first sign to run away from this provider. When you do ask the staff for something, they look at you like you have two heads on your shoulders and with indignation that you bothered them. And not to mention the smell of urine and worse which fills the halls. I’ve hit my call bell waiting for over an hour to get someone. If it was an emergency I would have died. They put me in a bed which does not fit me and they did nothing to change it after requesting it. I was not even provided a made bed with not even one pillow. My medications which they received, were not picked up and I will be without them all night. If you or a loved one needs care this is not the place. And like so many low cost healthcare providers why is it the staff does not require English speaking staff. This is imperative as I almost lost my life with nurses in the past who didn’t properly understand English. Avoid at all costs.
