My mother has been here for 10 months and what a difference from the home care she was receiving in the past. Foxtrail really knows how to handle and take care of their residents with compassion and care. It is a smaller place with a home-like feeling. There are currently 13 residents. I cannot express how happy I am with this community! My mom has developed a closeness with Felicia for which we are extremely thankful.

This memory care is intimate, person centered, and allows residents with dementia to thrive as much as they can! My father’s stay at Fox Trail allowed him to live comfortably and enabled him to have a safe space to socialize and while being provided with care that met his needs as a person with Dementia. As his health continued to deteriorate, the staff were able to pivot and meet his needs. Their collaboration between us as family and with the hospice provider made us feel at peace and allowed us to trust in their ability to care for my father. Thank you Fox Trail from the bottom of our hearts!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They claim to know how to take care of individuals with memory loss but absolutely do not. Staff are not trainned properly and waited until beginning of the month when they were paid to kick out our loved one. Not once, twice. Money grab facilty that can only handle elderly folks not people of all ages as advertised.
