As a senior care advisor I'm familiar with the local options for memory care and Encore at Bolingbrook has been a fantastic option for several of my families. Most recently, I had a family do a short term stay there for "dad" who needed a bit more PT/OT to regain strength before returning home from rehab. The family was pleased with the care and communication from Encore's team. They ultimately had him stay there a bit longer than expected before he returned home with the support of hospice and in-home caregivers. Encore is definitely high on my list for their comfortable, home-like environment, excellent care, and compassionate team.

We are absolutely happy and grateful to have known families and clients who were referred to Encore Village of Bolingbrook. The feedback and experiences shared with us have been nothing short of wonderful. The facility truly provides a family-oriented environment where residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. You can truly feel that the staff cares from the heart. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming, and supportive—not only to the residents but also to their loved ones. It is very reassuring to know that families are receiving quality care in such a warm and caring community. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where compassion and excellent care truly come together.
