I can’t say enough good things about The Watermark at Almaden and have the utmost confidence in their care of my FiL. From the moment i walked in, Bella made me feel genuinely welcomed. She’s kind, patient, and incredibly professional, and she handles everything with such calm confidence. Whether she’s helping residents, answering questions from families like mine, the action was seamless. The facilities are gorgeous and truly feel luxe. I really love all the activities they have to keep everyone social and active. If you’re considering this community, know that you’ll be greeted by someone who actually makes your day better. Bella especially is a real standout.

My experience with The Watermark at Almaden has been nothing less than exceptional. My family has been considering senior living for our recently widowed mother but we have been very cautious about choosing the right facility. The Watermark at Almaden is a top-notch facility and number one on our list. Nothing is overlooked and is maliciously kept. Every staff member we spoke to greeted us with kindness and was very accommodating of our questions. I was personally able to speak with The Executive Director, Ronn Ellenich. Ronn was an absolute gem to talk with. He very graciously took time out of his day to not only return our call but to talk with us and answer all of the follow-up questions we had. Not only do we have a better understanding of the facility, amenities, and various programs; we have the utmost respect for Ronn and his staff. If you are looking into senior living for yourself or a loved one, I HIGHLY recommend visiting, touring, and talking with Ronn at The Watermark at Almaden.
