Our family has had a positive experience with Cypresswood MC community. The staff has been kind, attentive, and responsive to our Aunt’s needs. The move in process was very easy with the support and help from Cheryl and Vicki on site management. The facility is clean and fresh and has lots of open space; they have a variety of activities during the day to keep loved ones engaged and active. We highly appreciate the efforts of all the caregivers that provide individualized attention and care for our Aunt especially Eloise, Ann and Ana and Kim. We are thankful for the care being provided and would recommend this community to families exploring assisted living or memory care options.

We recently had the experience of working with the staff at this facility, and I cannot say enough positive things about the level of care and compassion they provide. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Vicki made us feel welcomed, supported, and reassured during what can be a very emotional process for families. The caregivers are patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents. They treat each person with dignity and kindness, taking the time to learn their individual needs, routines, and personalities. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents, not just physically but emotionally as well. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to support individuals with memory challenges. The environment feels calm and safe, and there are engaging activities that help residents stay active and connected. Most importantly, our family has peace of mind knowing Mom is in a place where she is respected, cared for, and surrounded by people who understand memory care. We are very grateful for the dedication and compassion shown by the entire team. I would highly recommend this facility to any family with a loved one that has memory care needs.
