Moving a parent into assisted living is never an easy decision, but our experience with The Ivy at Cherry Hills has made the transition so much easier than we could have imagined. From the moment my father moved in, the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They have gone out of their way to help him adjust to his new home, while also providing me with exceptional support throughout the process. Whether it was answering my many questions, helping coordinate deliveries, or assisting with getting my father established with a new physician and pharmacy, everyone has been responsive, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The community itself feels warm and inviting—it truly feels like home rather than an institution. My father has enjoyed the delicious meals and the variety of activities available, which have helped him settle in and stay engaged. I know there will be challenges anytime a loved one makes such a significant life change, but knowing he is surrounded by people who truly care has given our family tremendous peace of mind. We are very grateful to everyone at The Ivy at Cherry Hills for making this transition such a positive experience.

When my aunt suddenly needed to move into assisted living, our family visited six different facilities trying to find the right fit. From the moment we walked into Cherry Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care (CHAL), we knew it was special. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff truly seemed to care about the residents. My aunt moved in about a year ago, and it was a huge adjustment - she had been living independently and had no plans to move. The team at CHAL went above and beyond to help her settle in and feel comfortable in her new home. They were patient, kind, and always took the time to make sure she was doing okay. Now, a year later, she’s happy and thriving. She enjoys the staff and the beautiful facility. It’s such a relief knowing she’s well cared for and surrounded by people who genuinely care about her. We’re so grateful to everyone at CHAL for making what started as a stressful transition into such a positive experience. I can’t recommend them enough!
