A diamond in the Bronx. I love their outdoor space, which is quite large for NYC. They also have a large amount of common areas, where my family will not stay in their room! Their resident rooms are on a separate floor from those common spaces, such as a theater, a game room, a tech room, a old movie theater space, a recreation room, and multiple sitting rooms! I love walking into Bronxwood!

I run a chess group here and we have excellent players and a good staff for recreation. There are some good aides. One or two very nice and efficient aides. But unfortunately there's a few that aren't accountable Some personal items have been lost recently and the staff that handled that are not claiming accountability.. I'm lowering my rating from 4 to 3 as result. Also meals are not what they once we're
