My mom lives in the Memory Care Neighborhood at Fremont Hills. My sister and I couldn't be happier with the caregiving, communication, and programming they provide. Fremont Hills is well staffed with attentive and compassionate caregivers who consistently deliver personalized care. Mom feels connected, loved, and safe. The daily and weekly programming offers a variety of activities and musical performances. Meals are often served outside on a beautifully landscaped patio. The Fremont Hills community is well organized and their communication with us has been outstanding. Health updates, billing inquiries, and appointment coordination is always handled promptly and efficiently. "It takes a village", so our appreciation goes out to all departments and staff.
