The staff at The Village has been great as we prepare to move our loved one in next week bu in particular Christin Teters has gone above and beyond! From the day we first called she has made the process as simple as possible for us and we’ve honestly had to do very little. Always friendly and has stayed in communication with us even outside of the property. We look forward to this move in and the new chapter it starts for our family! If you are looking for a facility with multiple levels of care I highly recommend The Village and ask for Christin!

As a senior living advisor, I visit communities regularly and work closely with families to help identify the right fit for their specific needs. While no community is the perfect fit for every person, I was impressed with the thoughtful, resident-centered approach Alicia Bowling took with a recent client. From the beginning, Alicia did an excellent job of truly getting to know the potential resident and understanding what would help her be successful in this transition. What stood out to me most was the way Alicia spoke directly to my client with genuine care and respect. I often see that conversations are directed primarily toward family members or professionals, but Alicia made sure the future resident remained the focus of the conversation, which I deeply appreciated. I was also impressed that when questions arose that were best addressed clinically, Alicia arranged for the community nurse to join us so we could get accurate and thorough answers, and we all really liked the nurse and appreciated her collaboration. Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and patient. Alicia also did an excellent job fostering the sense of excitement and possibility that my client needed in order to feel positive about the move, while also helping identify resources that would support a smoother transition.
