I was a resident at the Villas for about 5 years and recently relocated out of state. For me the best thing about the Villas is the property management team and property maintenance specialist as well as the beautiful Mediterranean architecture and relaxing landscaped grounds. I always found Victor the maintenance specialist to be very responsive, competent, professional, courteous, and kind. Victor even went beyond his job description to assist with a relocation issue I was having and he was invaluable in helping me resolve it. I can't sing the praises enough regarding the two onsite property managers, Erica & Melinda. They are both very responsive to the residents, vigilant about the safety of the residents, very competent and professional with a good sense of humor. Even with extremely busy schedules Erica & Melinda have demonstrated repeatedly going the extra mile to assist the residents of the Villas including me. Also, it is difficult to put into words the kind and authentic hearts of all of the staff I have mentioned. They are not only excellent in performing their jobs, they are also very genuine people filled with the Christos spirit. I appreciate Erica, Melinda, and Victor deeply and they are missed.

We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and care shown by the management team especially assistant manager Erika & Manager Melinda. 🥹 From the very beginning, my parents were welcomed with warmth and genuine support. The thoughtfulness shown — including helping furnish the apartment and coordinating generous donations from the community — meant more to our family than words can express. During a time when we truly needed help, they made my parents feel welcomed, supported, and at home. We will always appreciate the heart and professionalism behind everything they did. ❤️ The management team went above and beyond with their kindness, professionalism, and support. We felt genuinely cared for and appreciated throughout the smooth move-in process, and we are very thankful for the help and guidance provided. Thank you for making such a positive difference for our family that we will never forget.🙏
