The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely interested in the well-being of the residents. The living spaces are beautifully designed, providing comfort and a home-like atmosphere. There are plenty of amenities and activities to keep everyone engaged and connected, from fitness classes to arts and crafts—there's truly something for everyone! The dining experience is top-notch, with delicious and nutritious meals prepared by talented chefs. It’s clear that health and happiness are a priority here. What I appreciate most is the sense of belonging that Mission Commons fosters. It's more than just a place to live; it's a vibrant community where friendships flourish. I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Lesly, who is in charge of weekend activities. Her attitude is rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone working with residents. My grandmother lives at this facility, and this behavior has been very concerning. Staff in this role should be respectful, patient, and compassionate, but that standard is clearly not being met. Because of this experience, I have decided to remove my grandmother from the facility. I strongly urge management to address this immediately and take appropriate action, including reevaluating whether she should remain in this role. If you have any loved ones here please look into how they are being treated.
