I had a wonderful experience with Thrive at Montvale. The community is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, but what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being and quality of life. Sahar, the community manager, was especially amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. The environment feels supportive and well-run, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making residents feel comfortable and engaged. I would highly recommend Thrive at Montvale to anyone looking for a caring and well-managed assisted living community.

Though her stay was brief, the warmth, compassion, and dedication she received left a lasting impression on all of us. A very special thank you to Sahar, Carmen, Angela, Janet, Ada, Maria and Donna — your kindness went far beyond your professional duties. You treated our mother not simply as a resident, but as a person worthy of dignity, love, and genuine attention. At a time in her life when she needed so much, you showed up with both professionalism and a down-to-earth humanity that brought her — and us — real comfort. To the many others on the Thrive team who played a role in her care, whether seen or unseen, please know that your efforts were felt and are deeply appreciated.
