What Families Love

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Savant Senior Living – Jurupa Valley. As a marketer with Home Instead, I visit many senior communities, and every time I come here, I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth—every single time I visit, the seniors look happy, engaged, and truly cared for, and that speaks volumes about the culture of this community. A huge shout-out to Charlene in sales. She is absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She makes families feel comfortable and supported during what can be a very emotional decision, and you can tell she truly has residents’ best interests at heart. I also want to recognize Sophia, who is always so helpful and consistently provides excellent service. She goes above and beyond, and her kindness and attentiveness never go unnoticed. It’s clear that this team truly cares, and it shows in the environment they create and the smiles on the residents’ faces. Savant Jurupa Valley is a beautiful example of what senior living should be, and I’m always happy to visit and collaborate with such an outstanding community.

I can’t thank Charlene enough for the incredible care and support she provided during our transition to the assisted living facility for my mom. From the very start, Charlene was accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out to me was how quickly and thoughtfully the entire team responded to our needs. They made a potentially stressful situation so much easier by being responsive, kind, and attentive. I felt reassured knowing that my mom would be in such good hands. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism with a personal touch, I highly recommend this facility. Charlene truly made all the difference in ensuring my mom’s comfort and our peace of mind.

Worth Knowing

Do your research before considering this place. This place is not somewhere you should put your loved ones. I was sold a lie. I wish I would have not put my loved one here. The staff is pretty much non existent or always in a bad mood when you do ask for help. Always walking down the hall making faces never friendly. The place always smells dirty like urine , and all of the residents never look clean or cared for unless their family is involved or checking in on them often. They take forever to answer call lights . They lose laundry and do not clean bathrooms good at all. Not to mention the mouse traps everywhere in the rooms. The only staff that made this place bearable was kitchen staff who were helpful during meals and Danielle from accounting who was always very sweet and kind as well as the woman shuttle driver. Supervisors in charge are a joke. I’m glad we got my loved one out of that nightmare. For what they were charging the residents you would think it would be a nice place to live not a rundown nightmare. Please do your research before placing your family here.

"We need to lower our expectations of care."-Administration. If I could go lower I would. Administration is absolutely garbage. They allow caregivers to leave soiled clothes in open spaces not tied in a bag as required by California law. The messes left on and in the bathrooms after soiled incidents let alone the smell and habitable environment that would leave didn't bother them either. Residents have fall risk buttons to call in emergency. Ours broke and letters were given to residents, some are blind and or have memory care needs as mine do, no emails or calls to advocates. We happened to find the letter and they gave a phone number to call in case of an emergency, not 911. We have an independent fall risk necklace we LUCKILY had and used for the week they were broken. Administration refused to take Doctor and PACE prescribed care and requirements! When we questioned the condition our residents were left in we were told "We need to lower our expectations of care."-Administration. Lost 4 sets of linens. 6 pairs of pants and countless shirts. All labeled for my residents but still "lost". I cannot recommend anyone else more! Stay away. Your loved ones are not taken care of here. An advocate shouldn't have to be doing the work or making sure the work is done!
