Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care our brother has received at Maple Glen since moving in a month ago. Transitioning a loved one into memory care is never an easy decision, but the team here has made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring. The service has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial intake to daily interactions, the staff has demonstrated deep patience, expertise, and genuine kindness. They treat our brother with the dignity he deserves, and it is clear they truly understand the unique needs of those living with memory loss. A few highlights that have stood out to us: Communication: We are consistently kept well-informed about his well-being and daily activities. We are especially grateful to Nathan Ouimet, Executive Director of Community Relations, whose communication and support have been outstanding. Atmosphere: The environment is warm, clean, and feels like a true community rather than a facility. Staff Engagement: The caregivers and staff are proactive and clearly enjoy their time with the residents. We are very grateful to Melissa Ouimet, Executive Director of Nursing, for her leadership and the high-quality care our brother receives. Thank you, Maple Glen, for providing our family with peace of mind and for taking such wonderful care of our brother. We highly recommend Maple Glen.

Highly recommend Maple Glen Memory care for you loved ones! The nursing staff, administration, and especially activities director Catherine and her activity staff are top notch creating a sense of community and engagement for the residents . They love their residents like their own. They are professional, caring and provide excellent patient care. Highly recommend this community!
