How we handle family information
Families tell us about a parent's health and finances at one of the hardest moments of their lives. We treat that as theirs, not as inventory. So the free account shows you the shape of the demand, and a family's name and contact details stay private until you decide to open that specific inquiry.
- We do not sell or rent family contact lists, and we never sell family data to brokers, advertisers, or marketing lists.
- We release a family’s contact details only to the providers that family authorized. A family who contacts you is never passed on to your competitors.
- Families are never cold-called by us on a provider's behalf.
